With the transformation of organizations and the expansion of the cloud in them, we focus on service-based models, where the management of the infrastructure that stores and connects data is also understood as a service and not an asset. If we focus on voice solutions, having a provider that in turn is the operator, that has the appropriate infrastructure and guarantees, thanks to this, stability and security in communications, is the challenge of any corporation. Focused on this vision, data centers are required to be oriented to flexible, efficient and highly available services. Tecsens deploys its voice infrastructure in Spain, we tell you all the details.

IP Voice Infrastructure in Spain

It is essential to comply with the aforementioned premises (flexibility, efficiency and high availability) to have a data center designed, adapted and oriented to the needs of the service to be hosted.

During the company’s beginnings until 2020 we were offering our voice services from our infrastructure hosted in France. A few months ago we decided to balance our voice services to a data center located in Spain. The location chosen for this infrastructure has been Interxion Madrid. The goal was not only to provide our voice services with better availability, but also with lower latency.

Initially, the growth plans have been focused on the provision of our SIP trunk services, this being the cornerstone of the rest of the voice solutions offered by Tecsens. The growth plans include the capacity to provide IP telephony services such as cloudTel PBX, contact or call center, including infrastructure services such as private cloud. At this point we will be able to offer our customers in a personalized way workload accommodations in Spain or France of their choice.

Since 2000 Interxion began its activity in Madrid, currently has 3 data centers with more than 100 networks, connectivity with 7 public clouds, 41 MW and 8,500 m2 of IT technical space.
