This union marks a key milestone in our journey as technology companies, consolidating a common vision, a comprehensive value proposition and an operating model oriented towards sustainable growth. <\/p>\n<p>For more than ten years, both companies have collaborated on multiple projects, generating synergies that have proven to be effective, complementary and, above all, strategic.
