Whatever type of recovery is possible, it makes recovery fast, agile and reliable.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-amenazas-de-seguridad-internas-y-externas\">3.<strong>Internal and external security threats:<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>When we talk about a cyber security threat we always tend to think of cyber criminals and viruses, but for businesses, threats also exist internally. On many occasions they have been exposed to security problems by their own employees, accidentally or intentionally, but it is more common than you might think. Access to company resources is difficult to control and Microsoft does not have the ability to differentiate between frequent users, an employee who no longer works for the company who tries to delete critical files before leaving etc. On the other hand, there is the possibility of a user downloading infected files or leaking contacts or passwords to untrusted sites.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the case of external security we mention malware and ramsonware that have caused so much damage worldwide to all types of organisations and in many cases have put the company&#8217;s reputation at risk and exposed the security of customer data.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Ultimately, the recovery and backup solutions offered by Microsoft 365 are not sufficient to handle this type of attack.
