En campanyes petites, el risc d&#8217;algoritmes de predicci\u00f3 agressius pot provocar un augment en la taxa d&#8217;abandonament (els clients contesten, per\u00f2 d&#8217;altra banda no hi ha cap agent disponible i pengen). Es recomana emf\u00e0ticament el mode predictiu per als serveis de recobraments. No obstant aix\u00f2, cal tenir cura amb aquest tipus de marcaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 cal dimensionar correctament el nombre d&#8217; agents ja que si no n&#8217; hi ha prou i si la taxa de contactabilitat \u00e9s elevada el risc que els clients acabin tallant o penjant tamb\u00e9 augmenta. Malgrat aquestes precaucions, aquest sistema ens permetr\u00e0 atendre m\u00e9s trucades i optimitzar el temps dels agents en mantenir-los ocupats en tot moment.
